Getting Started with Meliora Pulse

Please charge the unit before first use. Plug the cord into the charging stand, then place the Meliora Pulse into the stand. The charging light will indicate RED while charging and once it is fully charged, the light will turn off. Unplug the cord from the socket and remove the device from the stand. Your Meliora Pulse is now ready for use.

1. Wash and dry your face.

2. Apply a thin layer of the conductive gel to the treatment area.

3. Hold down the EMS button or Roller button for 3 seconds to activate the device. After activation, the LED indicator will light up.

4. Click the EMS and/or Roller button to select the desired mode and level.

5. Lightly press both metallic nodes to your face, and gently glide the
device across your cheekbones and forehead, around your lips, and over
your jawline and neck as desired.

6. Once you have finished your treatment, press and hold the EMS button or Roller button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

TIP: Make sure that both microcurrent nodes are touching your skin at all times. Always glide the device slowly, in an upward motion, and with light pressure for best results.

The Meliora Pulse

Most users see some immediate results after a single treatment. However, the benefits are cumulative so consistency over time is vital.

Using targeted low-level electrical currents, the Pulse tones and lifts the muscles of the face and neck, while recharging and rejuvenating the skin for a more radiant complexion. By adjusting the microcurrent output level, you’re able to personalise your experience to suit your skin, and develop a routine that works best for you.

EMS devices should be used no more than once every 24 hours. For best results, we recommend using your Meliora Pulse 3 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week as part of your daytime or night time skincare routine. The roller mode may be used on a daily basis.

When using the Roller, the forehead area should be avoided. When using both Roller mode and EMS mode, sensitive areas such as eyes, nose and centre of the neck should be avoided. Do not use on any other part of your body aside from the face.

The Meliora Pulse is a non-invasive EMS tool and facial roller that delivers low-level electrical impulses to target areas of the skin. You may experience a tingling sensation when using for the first time, which will gradually decrease with tolerance. By adjusting the microcurrent output level, you’re able to personalise your experience to suit your skin, and develop a routine that works best for you.

We recommend using it with our Peptide Conductive Gel which creates a conductive layer between the electrical nodes and your skin so that the Meliora Pulse works as effectively as possible. If you have any medical concerns, including but not limited to; severe medical illness, epilepsy or seizures, or recent facial surgery, please consult your doctor before using the Meliora Pulse.

The Meliora Pulse should only be used on normal, intact skin. Do not use if skin is broken. Do not use over, or in proximity to, cancerous lesions, swollen, infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions. Male facial hair should be shaved before use for optimal results as hair can interfere with the conductivity of the device.

Adverse reactions may include skin irritation or redness. Do not apply the device across your chest as the introduction of electrical currents into the chest may cause rhythm disturbances to your heart, which could be lethal.

Maintenance & Care

After each usage we recommend cleaning your Meliora Pulse with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth, making sure to remove any dirt and excess product.

After cleaning, allow to air dry.

WARNING: Make sure the device is powered off before cleaning. Do not use alcohol or detergent to clean the unit.

No, this device is designed with IPX4 rating. Do no submerge the device in water.

We recommend storing the device when not using for longer periods of time. Ensure that the device is turned off, and the charging cord removed from the charging stand.

Store away from areas of high humidity or high temperature.

Keep away from children.

Gel Subscription

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Meliora warrants this device for a period of one year after the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship, arising from normal use of the device within a commercial or institutional setting.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration or wear and tear caused by usage over time. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or repair, and unauthorised modifications. Any attempt to take apart the device and accompanying accessories will void the warranty.

If you discover a defect and contact Meliora during the warranty period, the device will be replaced or repaired, at your discretion, and free of charge, given that the claims are supported by reasonable evidence and proof of purchase. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

To claim your warranty, contact Meliora at info@itsmeliora.com. Shipping costs for the return of the device to Meliora are to be dealt with by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any damage occurred during shipment will not be covered by this warranty. Returns that are missing correct documentation and/or shipping and handling charges will not be processed.
