Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and provide proof of postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must in working condition with no wear and tear. It must also be in its original packaging and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns should be wrapped securely in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. Please ensure the return is sent back to us in 1 single parcel, failure to do so may result in a refused return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return is accepted, the products must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving a return confirmation email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are at the cost of the customer and you may use any courier you wish. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.
Those with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, international return shipping fees are not covered by Meliora.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as serums or gels that have been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
